Can I reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule your booking at least 72 hours in advance by logging into your scheduler account, tapping on your account name, and then choosing Appointments to select a new time.

To request a reschedule manually, please email us at hello@sundaysunday.ca with RESCHEDULE in the subject line. If your request can be accommodated, your booking will be cancelled and you will receive a credit in the amount paid, less a $50 rescheduling fee. You can use the credit to book a new time, there is no expiry.

Rescheduling within 48 hours before your booking is not possible.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings cannot be cancelled but they can be rescheduled as many times as you need, following the guidelines above. We do not offer refunds.

Can I bring a pet?

We’re sorry, the building’s pet policy prevents us from welcoming pets into our studio. We understand how important it is to include furry friends in family photos, we are disappointed with you. Please email us at hello@sundaysunday.ca if you have questions.

Where do I park?

We’re at Unit 202 - 37 Main Street N. (aka Markham Main Street) in a brown building directly above T&T Bakery and Cho Kwok Lat cafe. If you’re arriving by car, we recommend turning in on Washington Street to access the parking lots behind the building. The signs that indicate a 30 minute parking time limit are not enforced.

How do I get to the studio?

Look for the pylon sign at the front of the building (see photo below), where the arrow is pointing to you’ll find a glass door and stairs that lead to the second floor. Our studio is on the second floor in the centre of the building.

There are also stairs at the back of the building where the parking lot is, but we do not recommend taking them.

Can I wear shoes?

No outdoor shoes in the studio. Please remove your shoes upon entering and leave outdoor shoes on the shoe mat. Indoor shoes may be worn if they have been cleaned with the wet wipes provided.

Can I move furniture?

You’re welcome to move items around in the studio, except:

Do not move the Smeg fridge.

Do not drag furniture.

Before you leave, please return all items to their original places. You’ll find markings on the floor indicating where furniture should be placed.

What kind of lighting is available?

The studio is primarily a natural light studio. Our windows are west facing, inviting sunlight that is generally soft in the mornings and golden in the afternoons. We provide white roller shades to reduce light as needed, and dimmable LED lights suspended from the ceiling to add light as needed. No other lighting equipment is available.

Is there internet?

Yes. Complimentary Wifi is available at the studio.

What about music?

A Marshall bluetooth speaker is available.

Is there a change room?

Not yet, we are working on adding a fitting area. If you need a place to change outfits, washrooms are located conveniently outside of the studio. For baby changing needs, a change table is available inside the studio.

Is the studio family friendly?

Yes. The studio is regularly cleaned and void of sharp or very small objects. The studio was created with family in mind, much like a cozy living space. That said, common sense should be applied — furniture is not designed for climbing and some decor may break if handled inappropriately.
